At 4,000 operating hours, replace 140 liters of HYDO TO10 oil to deliver long-lasting lubrication protection for the hydraulic system and minimize component wear.

At the 5,000-hour mark, prioritize replacing the 378-3178 Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) filter element to ensure efficient operation of the exhaust treatment system and compliance with emissions regulations.

The 6,000-hour maintenance requires simultaneous completion of multiple critical tasks: replace 90 liters of  ELC coolant and 73 ounces (2.15 liters) of coolant extender, paired with 2 units of 248-5513 thermostats (including 341-1429 gaskets). This ensures stable performance of the cooling system and prevents overheating-related breakdowns.

At 10,000 hours,Replace the 506-5818 Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) manifold filter element. Every 3 years, regularly replace the 566-5659 cab safety belt to ensure operator safety.
